Rogers, Bailey Sign With Lions

Associated Press reports say the Detroit Lions have signed the No.2 overall pick in this year's NFL Draft. Michigan State wide receiver Charles Rogers inked a six-year contract that includes a $14 million signing bonus. Detroit also signed its second-round pick, linebacker Boss Bailey, to a five-year contract. Official terms of the contracts were not released.
