The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports Green Bay Packers safety Darren Sharper suffered a shoulder injury in a violent collision with running back Lamar Smith.

Jacksonville Jaguars lineman Larry Smith was hospitalized after collapsing during Sunday morning drills, reports The Orlando Sentinel.

The Sentinel also says the Tampa Bay Buccaneers might shelve Ronde Barber for next week's American Bowl in Tokyo because of swelling and soreness in his right knee.

St. Louis Today reports the Rams recently-acquired safety Jason Sehorn suffered a fracture in his left foot that will require surgery and he will miss about 10 weeks.
