Initial Reports on Kordell Inaccurate

Early reports from Chicago Bears mini-camps claimed new starting quarterback Kordell Stewart was struggling to pick up the offense, but after personally watching him through the first few days of training camp, I'd have to say he's either improved drastically since mini-camp or the reports were simply inaccurate to begin with.

Of course, I'm basing my opinion on just a handful of practices, but in that time, Stewart has looked good with his arm as well as with his feet. He looked especially sharp this morning as the team practiced in pads for the first time.
