Redskins Reach Deal with Brunell

According to numerous reports, the Washington Redskins and Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Mark Brunell have agreed in principle on a seven-year, $43 million deal late Thursday, clearing the way for a trade next month. It is believed that Washington has offered the Jaguars a third-round pick in this year's NFL Draft. A formal deal cannot be announced until the NFL trading period begins March 3rd.
