Frostbite Victim Sues Eagles

When more than a foot of snow fell in Philadelphia before the NFC championship game in January, James Phillips helped shovel the snow out of Lincoln Financial Field because, as he said at a press conference Monday, he loves the Philadelphia Eagles. Unfortunately, Mr. Phillips suffered severe frostbite which required the amputation of eight fingers... and he's suing the club and its snow removal contractor for failing to provide him with a pair of gloves.
Phillips made no mention as to whether he was given boots by the contractor or if it simply dawned on him that it might be wise to wear his own on a snow-removal job.

i am the individual injured during the eagles snow removal at the nfc championsip game. i would like to thank those who after hearing of my plight included me in their prayers and i would like to thank the doctors and nurses and room attendents who cared for me during the recovery process. i am now healing and trying to resume my lifes goals and objectives..a lot has been written and said regarding my actions during that weekend and your questions will be answered soon. please feel free to contact me at phillyphileagles1@yahoo.com..
