After turning down a contract proposal from the New York Giants earlier in the week, veteran wide receiver Keyshawn signed with the Carolina Panthers on Thursday. The deal, according to ESPN, is believed to be in the neighborhood of $3.5 million per year with a $5 million signing bonus.
