Kiffin Wants to Kick to Hester... Seriously (I Think)
I guess when you're 2-6 in the AFC, you may as well test your team in all areas so you can make adjustments accordingly during the offseason. But if wins are still important to the team, they'd be wise to rethink their strategy."We're excited about the challenge," Kiffin told the Chicago media. "You know, we've started to play better on special teams the last few weeks. It's obvious [he's] probably the best returner ever to play the game."
"It's no fun to kick it out of bounds, so we're going to see how well we can cover."
At best the Bears offense is inconsistent. At worst, they are pathetic. Even with consistently good field position thanks to opponents trying to avoid the big play from Hester, Chicago's offense is anemic. It's no coincidence the Bears have been held to two offensive touchdowns over their last two games as teams have begun kicking the ball anywhere but to Hester.
Sadly, the chances of the Bears scoring are probably greater on a return of some type than by an offense with 60 yards standing between them and paydirt.

This Bears fan thinks that if they don’t kick it to Devin Hester- they should just line up in a 2 tight end formation and long snap it to him. No QB needed.
Havent all the teams in the NFL realized by now that if you kick the ball to hester throught an entire game that he is eventually going to return one to the house? The raiders are crazy!
I like Kiffin. Football is about winning the battles. Field positon is a major part of the game. Hester is awesome but you cant play him scared.
It Worked. Kiffin pinned bakc the offense all day.
Devon Hester 8 returns 6.0 yards per attempt.
Hey if i was the coach no mater what keep it away from Devin Hester
