With new head coach Jim Zorn taking over for the legendary Joe Gibbs, the
Washington Redskins obviously face a period of transition from the old regime to the new. But that's not the only change they're going through. There seems to have been a major change in philosophy in the front office as well, as the team now seems content to try to build through the draft instead of trading away draft picks and making huge headlines in free agency.
Only time will tell, however, whether or not this change in thinking will make the team more successful in the long run, but there's no doubt they face an uphill battle this year in a loaded NFC East division.
