Favre Reinstated; Will Force Packers' Hand

Via an e-mail sent from the league office to all 32 teams Sunday, Commissioner Roger Goodell announced the reinstatement of Quarterback Brett Favre, who will be placed on the Green Bay Packers' active roster at noon Monday. He is expected to show up for practice on Tuesday if no resolution is reached between the two parties by that time.
