Giants Begin Title Defense Against Familiar Foe
The late-season hot streak of the Philadelphia Eagles has sparked recent comparisons to last year's New York Giants, who coincidentally they face in Sunday's NFC divisional playoff game. The Giants, of course, rode their wave of prosperity to a Super Bowl XLII championship, and the Eagles hope to have similar success this year. Chargers to Test Steelers Offensive Line Although they both entered the playoffs as division winners, the Pittsburgh Steelers and San Diego Chargers took very different paths to this year's postseason. The Steelers cruised to a 12-4 record to win the AFC North while San Diego scrambled to finish 8-8 after a disappointing 4-8 start. Despite the records, however, the Chargers are probably playing the better football at this point. But can they continue their hot streak on the road at Pittsburgh this week? Read more...
