I covered Super Bowl XXXVI in New Orleans. I think.
But, enough about me and Bourbon Street, I know you've been dying to read my Super Bowl XLVII preview and prediction.
The Big Enchilada is again being held in the Crescent City and it promises to be a good one. Seriously. These are two great teams, the San Francisco 49ers and Baltimore Ravens, both of whom are peaking at just the right time.
Two head coaches who are brothers, two interesting quarterbacks and enough Pro Bowlers to stock a zone read spread option.
In the next week, you will probably read a ton about the shenanigans of the players on Bourbon Street, as well as all the cliches about how happy they are just to be here. There may be an arrest or two, possibly a scandal. Roger Goodell has his notebook ready.
But, when Sunday rolls around, there will be a game played, and that's what we're all interested in.
We'll be keeping you up to date with daily posts about the news coming out of New Orleans, and hopefully we will see a great game that lives up to the name of Super Bowl. Read all about it here.
