The division rivals of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are going to have a tough time getting around the reigning champs, but it's not because of a lack of talent in the division. Atlanta is still dangerous, as is New Orleans, and Carolina is no longer the doormat of the NFL.
AFC South
The AFC South looks like a two-team race involving the Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts, but my money is on the Titans. Jeff Fishers bunch is one of the scrappiest, yet confident, football teams in recent years, and it will be tough for any of their division foes to unseat them.
NFC West
The NFC West looks like a very solid division, but the health of several key players could be what separates the contenders from the pretenders. Right now, the Rams look like the team to beat, but if they can't keep their quarterbacks off the turf, they won't return to contention.
AFC West
The AFC West looks to be a very strong division in 2003, with all four teams possessing potent offenses, but will any of them be able to stop their opponents? Defense could be the big difference maker when it's all said and done this year. Here's my thoughts on the AFC West and a prediction of the final standings.
Playoff Prediction
