QB RB FB WR TE OT OG C - DE DT ILB OLB S CB - K P

Picks: 1-8 | 9-16 | 17-24 | 25-32

9. Green Bay Packers - B.J. Raji, DT Boston College
Green Bay could be looking for a rush linebacker to help with their transition to a 3-4 defense, but solid nose tackles are harder to come by. Raji is a prototypical NFL nose tackle and would be a perfect fit in the middle for the Pack.

10. San Francisco 49ers - Aaron Maybin**, OLB/DE Penn State
As a third-year sophomore, Maybin might be a bit inexperienced but he may also possess the most upside of any of the hybrid outside linebacker/defensive end prospects in this year's draft field.

11. Buffalo Bills - Brian Orakpo, DE Texas
The Bills were highly inconsistent on offense in 2008, but there's not really a player available on that side of the ball that fits them at this point unless they want to reach for tight end Brandon Pettigrew out of Oklahoma State. Offensive line and pass rush are other areas that could use improvement, so they could turn to Orakpo here. Personally I think Orakpo is overrated and will be picked before he should be. He can be a spectacular player at times, but he also has stretches where he disappears.

12.Denver Broncos - Tyson Jackson, DE LSU
The Broncos must do something to stiffen a league-worst run defense and they could start with an all-around defensive end like Jackson, who would be a perfect fit in their transition to a 3-4 defense.

13. Washington Redskins - Michael Oher, OT Mississippi
Jon Jansen is 33 years old and Chris Samuels will be 32 when the 2009 season begins, yet the Redskins really only have one guy on hand at this point to replace either of them in Stephon Heyer.

14. New Orleans Saints - Vontae Davis*, CB Illinois
Outside linebacker is a bigger need than corner for the Saints, but Davis is a better value at this point and has more upside than USC's Brian Cushing.

15. Houston Texans - Brian Cushing, OLB USC
The Texans have a big need at strong safety, but the team is more likely to address that area in free agency or later in the draft.

16. San Diego Chargers - Rey Maualuga, ILB USC
The right side of the Chargers line struggled in 2008, and an upgrade at right tackle is important, but with the top three tackles off the board at this point, the Chargers are likely to address needs elsewhere. Maualuga was one of the hardest hitters in all of college football last year and would be a great fit on the inside of San Diego's linebacking unit.

Picks: 1-8 | 9-16 | 17-24 | 25-32
