Seven Layer Salad

Ingredients:


• 1 medium head lettuce
• 1/2 cup cut green pepper
• 1 package unthawed peas
• 2 cups mayonnaise
• 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup finely cut celery
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 7 to 8 strips fried bacon, crumbled
• 5 chopped boiled eggs

Directions:


Layer salad by ingredients in a 9 x 13 pan. Mix sugar and mayonnaise together in a bowl. Spread over salad. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
