Ingredients:
1 medium head lettuce
1/2 cup cut green pepper
1 package unthawed peas
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finely cut celery
2 Tbsp sugar
7 to 8 strips fried bacon, crumbled
5 chopped boiled eggs
Directions:
Layer salad by ingredients in a 9 x 13 pan. Mix sugar and mayonnaise together in a bowl. Spread over salad. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
