Ingredients:
Chocolate cake mix (baked in a 9x13 pan)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
6 oz. butterscotch ice cream topping
6 oz. caramel ice cream topping
8 oz. Cool Whip
4 Heath Bars, crumbled
Directions:
Bake chocolate cake in a 9/13 pan according to directions on box. Poke 12 holes in cake using a wooden spoon. Pour sweetened condensed milk, butterscotch topping, and caramel topping over holes. Chill cake. Just before serving, frost with Cool Whip and sprinkle crumbled Heath Bars on top.
