Ingredients:

Celery salt or seeds
Salt, to taste
3/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup salad oil
1 1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Combine vinegar, oil, and sugar in a saucepan. Boil for 1 minute. Let cool.

Chop cabbage, onion, and green pepper and combine in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle with celery salt or celery seed. Add dressing mix and stir.
Refrigerate before serving. For best results refrigerate for a couple of days.
