Fruit Pizza

Ingredients:


• 1/2 roll sugar cookie dough
• One 8oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• choice of fruit, cut into bite size pieces

Directions:


Slice sugar dough very thin and press onto a 12 inch piza pan. Bake as directed on package and cool. Mix softened cream cheesse and sugar. Spread onto cookie crust. Arrange fruit on top and refrigerate.

Notes: If using canned fruit, make sure to drain well. If using bananas add to top of pizza right before serving.

Suggested fruit: Pineapple, blueberries, strawberries, peaches, apples, grapes, and bananas.
