Ingredients:
5 lbs. rump roast
1 pkg. Italian Dressing mix
1 cup beef broth
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
6 pepperoncini peppers
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix beef broth, dressing mix and Italian seasonings in a bowl. Place beef roast in the crockpot and add broth mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Add pepperoncini peppers.
Cook on Low heat for 8 hours.
