Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs. frying chicken pieces
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
3 Tbls. cooking oil
1/2 cup ketchup
3 Tbls. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbl. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbls. chopped onion (optional)

4 servings
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except chicken) in saucepan. Heat and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Place chicken, skin side up, in large baking pan. Pour one half of sauce over chicken and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and baste with remaining sauce. Bake for an additional 30 to 35 minutes.
