Taco Dip II

Ingredients:


• 1.5 lbs. hamburger
• 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped, (optional)
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 can refried beans
• 1 small jar hot picante sauce
• 1 package taco seasoning
• 16 oz. sour cream
• 12 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:


In a large frying pan, brown hamburger, onion and jalapeno peppers. Drain grease. Stir in beans, picante sauce and taco seasoning.

Spread 1/2 of the meat mixture in the bottom of a 2 qt. casserole dish, and top with 1/2 of the sour cream and then 1/2 of the cheese. Repeat layer.

Bake at 350 degrees approximately 20 minutes or until bubbly.

Serve with tortilla chips.
