The Patriots benefited from a controversial call to stage a late rally that sent their contest with the Raiders into overtime, before Adam Vinatieri kicked a 23-yard field goal to seal the comeback. In Chicago, Donovan McNabb proved to be too much for the Bears as he consistently kept Bear defenders at arms length, while the Eagles' defense battered the Bears' offense.
In Pittsburgh, the Steelers proved to the Ravens which team has the best defense in the league by thoroughly dominating the ex-world champs. And in St. Louis, Brett Favre put in the worst playoff performance of his career, throwing six interceptions as the Packers were blown off the field by the Rams.
The results of the Divisional Playoffs have set up the following matchups for the upcoming weekend:
Sunday, January 27
