Minnesota 31

Michael Bennett ran for 130 yards on 20 carries, and his 62-yard run just before the 2-minute warning in the fourth quarter set up a 3-yard touchdown run by Moe Williams that sealed an upset victory over the Green Bay Packers. Brett Favre was 24-of-43 for 296 yards, but was intercepted three times by the Vikings' defense.

Kansas City 17

Quarterback Trent Green scored on a 9-yard run up the middle for the go-ahead score with 4:53 to play, then Eric Warfield sealed the win with an interception of Drew Bledsoe's final pass as the Kansas City Chiefs' upended the Buffalo Bills, 17-16.

Pittsburgh 23
Tennessee 31

Steve McNair threw two touchdown passes to Kevin Dyson and Eddie George added two more on the ground as the Titans rolled to their fifth consecutive victory. Overshadowing the game was an injury to Pittsburgh quarterback Tommy Maddox that left him motionless on the field for at least 15 minutes before being put on a stretcher, loaded into an ambulance, and taken to Baptist Hospital's trauma unit.

Cleveland 27
Cincinnati 20

Chad Johnson, who predicted a Bengals victory for the second time this season, opened the scoring by catching a 72-yard touchdown pass on Cincinnati's initial drive, but Cleveland bounced right back to take control of the game. Tim Couch threw for 242 yards and three touchdowns and rookie William Green ran for 96 yards as the Browns held off the Bengals, 27-20.

Philadelphia 38

Despite breaking his ankle on the third play of the game, Donovan McNabb completed 20-of-25 passes for 255 yards and tossed three touchdown passes as the eagles rebounded nicely from last week's poor performance against the Colts. For the first time in 53 career starts, McNabb did not have a rushing attempt.

Houston 21

Rookie David Carr rallied the Texans to within three points with a 14-yard touchdown run with 2:03 remaining that cut the deficit to three. After getting the ball back at his own 18 with 1:32 remaining, Carr threw two incompletions and was sacked twice as the jaguars held on to a 24-21 win.

Indianapolis 20

Edgerrin James returned to the lineup with 106 yards on 24 carries and Peyton Manning completed 29-of-38 passes for 252 yards and two touchdowns as the Colts shut down the Cowboys, 20-3. Marvin Harrison caught 14 passes for 138 yards, including two touchdowns late in the game.

New Orleans 17
Atlanta 24

Michael Vick was just 11-of-23 for 160 yards, but he passed for two touchdowns, including a 74-yard bomb to Trevor Gaylor, and scored on a seven-yard run to lead the Atlanta Falcons to a 24-17 victory.

NY Giants 19

Lance Legree blocked a 42-yard field goal attempt by Washington's James Tuthill with 3:11 remaining, sealing a 19-17 Giants' victory. Rookie tight end Jeremy Shockey caught 11 passes for 111 yards and Matt Bryant kicked four field goals for New York.

San Francisco 17
San Diego 20 OT

Jose Cortez missed a 41-yard field goal attempt in overtime, and the Chargers capitalized when Steve Christie connected from 40 yards out with 4:11 left to lift the San Diego Chargers to a 20-17 victory over the 49ers. Drew Brees threw for a career-high 336 yards and his one-yard scoring pass to fullback Fred McCrary with 31 seconds left in the fourth quarter sent the game to overtime.

Seattle 9

Clinton Portis rushed for 136 yards on 23 carries and Steve Beuerlein, filling in for Brian Griese who suffered a sprained knee, threw two fourth-quarter touchdown passes to lead the Broncos to a 31-9 victory over the Seattle Seahawks. Deltha O'Neal returned a fourth quarter interception 22 yards lock up the win.

NY Jets 31
Detroit 14

Chad Pennington lead a 12-play, 66-yard drive that ended in a four-yard touchdown pass to Wayne Chrebet, putting the Jets ahead for good with 37 seconds remaining in the third quarter. Pennington completed 21-of-26 passes for 229 yards and Curtis Martin added 112 yards on 22 carries.

Miami 26

Ray Lucas finally settled in as the Miami Dolphins quarterback with an 18-for-26 performance for 221 yards and Ricky Williams added 102 yards on 26 carries as the Dolphins smothered the Ravens, 26-7. Miami's defense held the Ravens to a season-low 157 yards total offense.

Carolina 10
Tampa Bay 23

The NFL's top-ranked defense forced four turnovers and recorded four sacks as the Bucs beat up on the Panthers, 23-10 Sunday. Brad Johnson threw for 253 yards and two touchdowns, and Martin Gramatica added field goals of 20, 32 and 41 yards.
