Detroit 12

Troy Brown caught 10 passes for 111 yards and Antowain Smith ran for 80 yards, scoring the game's only touchdown as the Patriots beat Detroit, 20-12 on Thanksgiving day. After Jason Hanson's fourth field goal cut Detroit's deficit to 20-12, the Patriots went on a 17-play drive that wound the final 9:46 off the clock.

Dallas 27

The Redskins held a 20-10 lead early in the third quarter when Cowboys rookie safety Roy Williams intercepted a pass that went off the hands of running back Kenny Watson and returned it five yards for a touchdown, cutting the lead to three points. The Cowboys took the lead on Chad Hutchinson's 41-yard touchdown pass to Joey Galloway with 10:05 left in the fourth quarter and tacked on a 42-yard field goal for insurance.

Chicago 20
Green Bay 30

On Sunday, the Packers became the first NFL team to clinch their division after coming from behind to beat the Chicago Bears, 30-20. Green Bay trailed 14-6 at halftime and appeared on their way to a 15-point deficit early in the third quarter when Jim Miller fumbled the snap, which was recovered by Rod Walker at the Green Bay one-yard line. Rookie running back Tony Fisher, filling in for Ahman Green, ran the ball 17 times for 91 yards and a touchdown.

Atlanta 30
Minnesota 24 OT

Gary Anderson's 29-yard field goal with 11 seconds left in the fourth quarter pulled the Vikings into a 24-24 tie, but after Minnesota failed to move the ball in overtime, Michael Vick ended the game with a 46-yard touchdown run 2:25 into the extra period. Vick ran for 173 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for one score.

Miami 21
Buffalo 38

Drew Bledsoe went 15-for-27 for 306 yards, threw three touchdown passes and ran for a fourth as the Bills overpowered the Miami Dolphins despite a huge day by running back Ricky Williams. Williams contributed with 228 yards on the ground, including touchdown runs of 45 and 55 yards, but Buffalo broke the game open by scoring touchdowns on three consecutive drives in the second half.

Tennessee 32
NY Giants 29 OT

Steve McNair completed 30-of-43 passes for 334 yards and three touchdowns, including a nine-yard scoring pass to tight end Frank Wycheck with nine seconds left in the fourth quarter. After a game-tying two-point conversion run sent the game to overtime, Joe Nedney kicked a 38-yard field goal to lift the Titans to a 32-29 victory over the Giants.

Arizona 0
Kansas City 49

Priest Holmes scored two touchdowns and had 169 yards rushing and receiving for the Chiefs, while the Arizona Cardinals entire team could manage just 122 yards of total offense. The 49-0 pasting is believed to be the worst loss in the history of the Cardinals franchise.

Carolina 13
Cleveland 6

Rookie Dee Brown rushed for a career-high 122 yards in his first start while the Panthers defense forced the Browns into five turnovers, including two in the fourth quarter. Cleveland's offense struggled without leading receiver Dennis Northcutt, who left in the second quarter with a knee sprain. Carolina scored the game's only touchdown on Rodney Peete's 24-yard pass to Wesley Walls with 23 seconds left in the first quarter.

Pittsburgh 25
Jacksonville 23

Mark Brunell drove the Jaguars 65 yards including a seven-yard touchdown pass to Jimmy Smith with 1:16 left to cut the Steelers lead to 25-23. But Brunell's pass to Smith on the attempted two-point conversion fell incomplete and the Jaguars ensuing onside kick attempt was covered by the Steelers.

Baltimore 27
Cincinnati 23

Jeff Blake threw a two-yard touchdown pass to tight end Todd Heap with 5:12 remaining as the Baltimore Ravens kept their slim playoff hopes alive. Cincinnati converted on three fourth downs on their final drive, but after reaching the Ravens 10-yard line, the drive stalled, allowing the Ravens to slip past the Bengals, 27-23.

Denver 27
San Diego 30

Steve Christie's 27-yard field goal with 3:01 left in overtime gave the Chargers a 30-27 victory over the Broncos that was fueled by LaDainian Tomlinson, who rushed for a franchise-record 220 yards and three touchdowns. Denver kicker Jason Elam was short and wide left on a 53-yard attempt in overtime.

Houston 3
Indianapolis 19

David Carr was just 20-of-35 for 137 yards, and was sacked six more times, giving him a bruising total of 64 for the season. Marvin Harrison caught nine passes for 101 yards, tying him with Raymond Berry for the Colts' all-time lead with 631 receptions.

Seattle 24
San Francisco 31

Garrison Hearst rushed for 124 yards and three touchdowns as the 49ers built a 21-point lead before holding off a furious comeback attempt by the Seahawks. Jimmy Williams returned a punt 89 yards for a score for San Francisco in the second quarter.

St. Louis 3
Philadelphia 10

Eagles cornerback Bobby Taylor provided the game's lone touchdown, returning an interception 23 yards for a score in the first quarter, while the Bucs defense shut down the Rams, sacking Kurt Warner eight times and forcing five turnovers. Warner finished just 20-of-42 for 218 yards with two interceptions and one fumble lost.

Tampa Bay at
New Orleans

After a 2-yard fourth-down TD pass from Brad Johnson to Keenan McCardell with 2:49 left, Brad Johnson hit Keyshawn Johnson for a two-point conversion that cut the Saints lead to 23-20. But the Bucs defense couldn't get the ball back as Jake Delhomme, who replaced Aaron Brooks late in the game, completed a 10-yard pass to Joe Horn on third down after the two-minute warning to clinch the game.
