The 66th annual NFL Draft will be held at the Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City on April 20-21, 2002. Rounds 1-3 will begin at 12 Noon EST, Saturday April 20th. Rounds 4-7 will follow on Sunday, April 21st, starting at 11am EST.

ESPN will televise the draft on Saturday until 7pm with ESPN2 taking over coverage for the rest of the day. On Sunday, ESPN will televise the draft from 11am - 1pm and ESPN2 will carry the remainder of the seven rounds.

Tickets to the 2002 NFL draft are free, and they are made available to the public on a first-come first-serve basis. Each person will receive just one ticket, which can be used for admission on both days. The Madison Square Garden box office will make the tickets available beginning at 9am on Saturday, April 20th. Any remaining tickets will be distributed on Sunday beginning at 9am.

Doors to the Theater at Madison Square Garden will open at 10:30am on Saturday and 10am on Sunday. All seating is general admission, with a capacity of about 4,000 people.
