17. Tennessee Titans - Kelly Washington, WR Tennessee
A flashy WR is needed to bring this offense into the same league as their defense.

18. Atlanta Falcons - Andre Woolfolk, CB Oklahoma
Possibly the top CB in the draft. Falcons could use some DB support with their pack of falling and rising players.

19. New England Patriots (From Bills) - Cory Redding, DE Texas
Will use their early pick to upgrade their concrete defense and use their later one to work on offense. Redding is a great end and may go quite a bit earlier.

20. Oakland Raiders (From Buccaneers) - Lee Suggs, RB Virginia Tech
The Raiders would love a young running back like this.

21. Indianapolis Colts - Montrae Holland, OG Florida St.
Best guard in football. The Colts can't help but make this offense the best in the league unless a perfect match can work with their struggling defense.

22. San Diego Chargers - Shannon Snell, OG Florida
An offensive lineman can never hurt a young offense with a great defense already around.

23. San Francisco 49ers - Kindal Moorehead, DE Alabama
Andre Carter and Moorehead could cause real havoc and be the defensive leaders of this team.

24. St. Louis Rams - Greg Gathers, DE Georgia Tech
The Rams need some defense. This offense is only getting worse and the defense needs to get better. Gathers is one of the top DE's in the country to go with that.
