9. Cleveland - Ben Johnson, OT, Wisconsin
Cleveland has been trying to establish a running game since their return to the NFL and this bruiser might go a long way towards helping in that area. Besides the running game, Couch could use some more time to throw the ball. I'd be regretting the stupid move to draft Couch ahead of McNabb if I were them.
10. Washington - Vince Manuwai, OG, Hawaii
The Redskins have their QB of the future, a good pair of bookend tackles, and a pretty good ruuning back so they must address the weakness of their interior line.
11. Baltimore - William Joseph, DT, Miami
They miss Adams and the fat guy in front of Ray Lewis, so they will try and fill one of those holes. One guy who could end up here instead is Dewayne White from Louisville.
12. N.Y. Jets - Darnell Dockett, DT, Florida St.
He should bring some excitement to the defensive line, the same way John Abraham did last year. Teams are running wild on them and Dockett can definitely help in that area as well as get after the QB.
13. Steelers - Dave Ragone, QB, Louisville
The Steelers have two glaring weaknesses, at quarterback and cornerback. Why pass up the chance to finally get a real QB to get the ball to your pretty good receiving corps? Maddox may turn things around this season but he won't last past it, and Kordell just isn't the man.
14. Atlanta - Kelly Washington, WR, Tennessee
Vick has taken that step up and the running game should do well in the future with last year's pick, so they have to give Vick a game breaker at wide receiver to really get this team going. Washington has blazing speed and should make practice interesting when running under Vick passes or racing Vick one on one.
15. Arizona - Dewayne White, DE, Louisville
He'll slide because of another rush on defensive tackles again this year. They have improved on defense this year but still aren't getting enough pressure on opposing quarterbacks, so Dewayne is their answer.
16. Carolina - Chris Simms, QB, Texas
If he can beat Oklahoma then I think he'll re-ingnite the talk of his potential at the next level. Not to mention that it doesn't hurt to have that Giants connection.
