9. Dallas - Andre Woolfolk, CB Oklahoma
After a tremendous draft last year, Dallas will make Andre a fan favorite in Big D. He is the best CB prospect in the nation and will be a future shut down corner in the league.

10. Jacksonville - Chris Simms, QB Texas
I am not a big Simms fan, but he didn't have a QB coach in college. He has all the tools to be a great QB, and the Jags have had some luck with lefties in the past.

11. Arizona - Lee Suggs, RB Viginia Tech
I love Dave McGinnis as coach of the Cardinals, but thier drafts have not been that great lately. Thomas Jones looks like a possible bust, and drafting Suggs would be a great pick for them. He has a knack for finding the endzone, something most Arizona Cardinals have never seen.

12. Baltimore - Jordan Gross, T Utah
Gross is the best player on the board with the 12th pick. He is a mammoth tackle that can protect Redman for years to come.

13. Kansas City - Terrence Newman, CB Kansas St
The Chiefs offense is the best in the NFL. The Chiefs defense wouldn't be in the top 10 in college football. Their CB's are the worst ever! Drafting a play maker like Newman would be perfect. 4.26 40 is remarkable and he can return punts, and they can get rid of that little nuisance Danta Hall.

14. Atlanta - Dennis Weathersby, CB Oregon St or Marcus Trufant, CB Wash St
Either CB would be good for the Falcons who are stockpiling offensive weapons and need some secondary help to try and equal the O.

15. St Louis - Mike Doss, S Ohio St
Doss might not last this long, but if he does, the Rams will grab him and have the duo of Archuleta and Doss for years to come. They could possibly take a CB here as well, maybe Trufant cause Aeneas is almost at his end.

16. Tennessee - Kelley Washington, WR Tennessee
This guy looks like a linebacker. He is a tremendous specimen and isn't afraid to go over the middle. Plus he would be a hometown favorite for the Titans.
