17. New England (from Buffalo) - Vince Wilfork, DT Miami (Fla)
He probably won't last this long, but he and Seymour would be dynamite together. Defensive Line is so important in the NFL and with him New England could start building one of the best.

18. N.Y. Giants - Rex Grossman, QB Florida
This would draw plenty of cheers from the Giants fans on draft day. He looks like a NY athlete and would challenge Collins from day one.

19. Chicago - Eli Manning, QB Ole Miss
This could be a steal for the Bears who lack star power at QB. Jim Miller is an average NFL QB at best, and Chris Chandler is on his last leg. Manning could be a Soldier Field favorite for years.

20. Cleveland - Mario Haggan, LB Miss St
This guy looks like a DE, but runs like a RB. He would really plug up the holes for the up and coming Browns. If he doesn't work out at LB, he can always play rush end for Butch and the boys.

21. Indianapolis - Brett Williams, T Florida St
The Colts need defense, the Colts always need defense, but they also can't pass on the incredible tackle. He could play strong or weak side tackle, and seems like a can't miss linemen.

22. New England - Onterrio Smith, RB Oregon
With no proven RB, and a passing game that looks to be almost complete, Onterrio would fit right in with the Pats. He could split time his rookie season with the other Smith on New England, Antowain.

23. Denver - Cory Redding, DE Texas
Redding has incredilbe speed and athleticism for a defensive end. They might go with an offensive linemen here, but Redding would be pretty hard to pass up.

24. San Diego - Lee Evans, WR Wisconsin
Even though he won't play this year for the Badgers, he has too much talent not to go in the 1st round. The Chargers need a big reciever to compliment Curtis Conway, cause Tim Dwight is more of a 3rd Down Reciever.
