9) Jacksonville Jaguars - DeWayne White, DE, Louisville. Again, the best DE available (unless someone wants to turn Terrell Suggs into a DE, which is possible). Simply dominates, and had a great game against all the future pros for Florida St.
10) Arizona Cardinals - Willis McGahee, RB, Miami. I'm not sure this guy will be around the closer the draft comes. This guy is the fastest guy on the Canes (4.2 or something crazy), and the closer we get to draft, the more it will be like Edgerrin James. He'll start shooting up the charts. He could go as high as #5 to Detroit, or even #2 to Houston if he really starts moving up. The Cardinals would love to find him here.
11) Washington Redskins - Terrell Suggs, LB/DE, Arizona St. I know the Redskins are stacked at LB, but I see them using this guy in a number of ways. Bruce Smith isn't ageless, and neither is Jessie Armstead, so they can go a number of ways here. Clearly, they need help at WR, but I think they'll wait, as no one here is going to make an immediate impact, and Suggs just might (but he won't have to).
12) Cleveland Browns - Kwame Harris, OT, Stanford. By the time the draft rolls around, this guy will be the highest rated OT, I guarantee it. Brett Williams is a nice player, but he doesn't have near the upside Harris has, which of course, everyone will be noting by then.
13) New England Patriots (Buffalo) - EJ Henderson, LB, Maryland. The Patriots will be ecstatic to get this guy here. They have to shore up their run defense, and this guy will go a long way.
14) New Orleans Saints (Miami) - Dennis Weathersby, CB, Oregon St. A perfect fit for the Saints. They need some help fixing their pass defense, and this guy could eventually take away one side of the field.
15) Baltimore Ravens - Andre Johnson, WR, Miami. They're extremely thin at WR, and Johnson would be the first WR taken in other years. He could have the biggest rookie impact if he goes here.
16) Indianapolis Colts - Terrence Newman, CB, Kansas St. Tony Dungy keeps working on that defense, which seems to be catching on to his schemes. The offense only needs a little tweaking at best, and Newman is one of the fastest guys in the draft.
