Round 1 | Round 2 | Round 3

25. New York Giants - Chris Kelsay, DE Nebraska
The Giants are looking to upgrade their defensive line early in the draft, and Kelsay should do just that. He is versatile enough to play either defensive end position, and he plays with good intensity and aggressiveness.

26. San Francisco 49ers - Kenny Peterson, DT Ohio State
The 49ers defensive tackles are getting old, and they need to improve their run defense. Peterson has good size, quickness and power, but lacks the size to play inside, and I'm not sure he has the speed to play end.

27. Pittsburgh Steelers - Sammy Davis, CB Texas A&M
The Steelers gave up way too many big pass plays last season. Look for them to focus on the secondary early in the draft.

28. Tennessee Titans - Kelley Washington, WR Tennessee
The Titans lack a No. 1 receiver, and by all indications, Washington seems to be healing fine. A receiver with his talent would be a steal this late in the first round if he can stay healthy.

29. Green Bay Packers - Rex Grossman, QB Florida
If Grossman lasts this long, I think the Pack just might pull the trigger on the Florida quarterback. Green Bay sent four representatives to Grossman's pro day workout in Gainesville, and appeared to be very impressed with the young QB.

30. Philadelphia Eagles - Taylor Jacobs, WR Florida
Freddie Michel hasn't panned out as the No. 1 receiver they hoped he would be when they drafted him two years ago. Jacobs has the ability to be that guy.

31. Oakland Raiders (From Tampa Bay) - Wayne Hunter, OT Hawaii
Offensive tackle isn't the Raiders' biggest need, but Hunter is a very intriguing prospect and could be a steal at this point. With two picks at the end of the first round, the Raiders should be willing to risk one for a guy that probably would have been a top-ten pick next year if he had stayed at Hawaii.

32. Oakland Raiders - Dewayne White, DE Louisville
Trace Armstrong is 37-years old and Regan Upshaw is in Washington, so the Raiders need to bring in a prospect at defensive end. White is very versatile and can line up anywhere on a defensive line.
