Guide Review - Football Physics: Book Review

From the Immaculate Reception to the West Coast Offense, learn how the laws of physics play a vital part in some of the game's most memorable moments as well as the implementation of the many different schemes used. This book explains how physics affect the kicking and passing games, and also gives you a run-down on the protective gear and equipment used in the game.

As an added bonus for those interested in player evaluation, Gay does a nice job of comparing and contrasting speed and quickness, and touches on the importance of each. He also uses physics to help illustrate proper form in blocking and tackling and why it is important for a player to be effective.
