Demetrius Williams

From Conor Dowley, for About.com

Positional Rankings: QB RB FB WR TE OT OG C - DE DT ILB OLB S CB - K P

Position: Wide Receiver

School: Oregon

Status: Senior

Height: 6-2

Weight: 191

40-Yard Dash: 4.45 (EST)

Positives:
Demetrius Williams has the height that more teams are starting to look for in their receivers, and good speed to go with it. He has always been an excellent jumper, and always seems to know exactly where the sideline is, rarely coming down out of bounds. He's a very physical receiver, willing to fight for a ball and he has shown an aptitude for down-field blocking.
Negatives:
His frame can take a lot more weight than it has, and frankly, Williams is thinner than you'd like to see a receiver of his height be. Unless he gets bigger, he'll face problems getting jammed at the line and with getting re-routed downfield. His route-running leaves a lot to be desired; he ran a lot of vertical routes at Oregon, and when he didn't, his routes were sloppy at best.
Overview:
His physical abilities and potential give him a huge upside, making Demetrius an enticing prospect. However, he's also a prospect in need of a lot of polish, and that could ultimately hurt his draft standing.
