Positives:
Posluszny is an old-school linebacker with great instincts. He does a great job filling holes, and although he doesn't have elite top-end speed, he has great acceleration and can chase down plays from sideline to sideline. He also displays a nice closing burst on the ball carrier, and does a good job of getting off blocks. Has experience playing outside in a 4-3 defense and inside in a 3-4, but is probably best suited for the outside in the NFL.
He also does a good job of dropping back in zone coverage and can stay with most tight ends and backs in man-to-man coverage.
Negatives:
As mentioned above, Posluszny doesn't have elite speed. There are also slight concerns about a knee injury suffered in last year's Orange Bowl, but he came back strong in 2006, so those concerns should be tempered somewhat.
