Positives:
Quite possibly the best overall prospect in the draft, Reggie Bush has unbelievable agility and the God-given ability to simply make defenders miss with his athletic cuts and elusive running style. He is a playmaker and a triple threat: running back, wide receiver, and return man.
He is an explosive player that will draw immense attention from defenses and still find ways to gain yards. Bush has a nose for the end zone and carries a great work ethic from his coaches. He won’t back down from the limelight and seems to shine brighter when the situation gets tougher.
Negatives:
Bush has played with an amazing quarterback and supporting cast his entire career, which takes much of the defensive pressure off of him. He has had some past knee injuries, but nothing too serious. Many scouts wonder if Bush is durable enough to withstand the hits of the NFL and be an every down back.
Overview:
Reggie Bush is a phenomenal player with special attributes rarely seen. Analysts have compared Bush as the one of the best all around football players to come out of college since Marshall Faulk and Barry Sanders. Although only a junior, Bush has the experience, ability, and knowledge to be a starter at the next level and make a firm impact in no time.
