Andy Reid, a master of dealing with distractions, is a head coach that has the experience of taking multiple teams deep into the playoffs. But he has yet to win that elusive championship ring. And he is probably facing his biggest challenge to date in rolling the offense over to new starters at both quarterback and running back.
Reid, who has been with the Philadelphia Eagles since 1999, led the Eagles to five NFC championship games, including four in a row from 2001-2004. He also coached the team to Super Bowl XXXIX.
