Defensive ends in a 3-4 set generally are asked to eat up blockers and are usually less likely to be recognized as impact players. Cullen Jenkins is one of those rare guys, however, who can consistently fight through double teams and create disruptions in the opposition's backfield. At 6-2, 305 pounds, he has great strength and quickness, and is more than a handful for any lineman to handle one on one.

Jenkins missed five games during the 2010 season due to injury, but still managed seven sacks. His return to the the lineup for the playoffs was a huge moral and physical boost for the defensive unit.
