Every great 3-4 defense has to have an effective nose tackle, and second-year lineman B.J. Raji is one of the best in the league. He's a huge run stuffer who also has the ability to collapse the pocket up the middle on passing downs.
During the 2010 regular season, Raji recorded 39 tackles and made a huge contribution to the pass rush with 6.5 sacks. And in the NFC Championship, he made a key interception of a Caleb Hanie pass and returned it for an 18-yard touchdown against the Chicago Bears.
