Raiders Needs
Urgent: A new dominating starting right offensive guard to supplant the very mediocre Cooper Carlisle, a powerful franchise wide receiver to go along with Chaz Schilens and Johnnie Lee Higgins, and a dominating strong side linebacker to add to a linebacking crew that includes Kirk Morrison and Thomas Howard are urgently needed.
Strong: A new starting right offensive tackle to replace the average Cornell Green, a free safety in case Michael Huff continues to disappoint, and a dominating left defensive end are also pressing needs.
Moderate: A back up to defensive tackle Tommy Kelly is also needed.
Nice to Have: The best available players to help elevate the Raiders overall talent level.
Wild Card: How much will Schilens and Higgins continue to improve? Will Huff ever reach his potential, or is he just another classic NFL Draft Bust?
