Offensive Tackle The Bucs added Luke Petitgout via free agency, but he has serious injury concerns. A top-drawer left tackle is needed to solidify the position.
Wide Receiver - Joey Galloway continues to defy Father Time, still displaying blazing speed at the age of 36. Ike Hilliard is no spring chicken himself, and Michael Clayton has been a disappointment since posting big numbers his rookie year.
Cornerback - Ronde Barber is on the wrong side of 30 and Brian Kelly is now in Detroit, so another young corner is needed to groom for the future.
Defensive End The Buccaneers took care of the right defensive end by picking up Gaines Adams with their first pick in the 2007 NFL Draft, but the left side needs addressing with both Kevin Carter and Greg Spires approaching their mid-30s. A young left defensive end to compete with the recently signed Jimmy Wilkerson should be drafted.
Defensive Tackle - Depth should be added to this position as well in the mid-to-late rounds.
Running Back - Earnest Graham did a nice job after being inserted in the starting lineup, but there are reports that Carnell Williams may never be the same back he once was. Warrick Dunn has been signed, but he is nearing the end of his career. Some depth could be added in the later rounds of the draft.
Place Kicker - A late-round pick, or potentially an unsigned free agent should be brought in to compete with veteran Matt Bryant.
Return Specialist - Seeing how guys like Devin Hester and Joshua Cribbs are making game-changing plays and forcing teams into unconventional situations in the kicking game, every team it seems is looking for that next dangerous return man.
